By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Personalised Orders

All edible cake toppers, cupcake toppers and drink toppers are personalised and made to order.

Please check all names, dates and spelling carefully before placing your order. The Cake Print Studio cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Colours & Images

Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screens, printers and lighting.

Please note that finished products may vary slightly from on-screen images.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Ireland.

Estimated delivery times:

Ireland: 1–3 working days
UK & Europe: 5–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are outside of our control once an order has been posted.

For urgent orders, we recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless an item arrives damaged or an error has been made with your order.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

Storage Instructions

For best results:

Store toppers flat in their sealed packaging.
Keep away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Use soon after opening.

Our edible toppers are printed using premium food-safe edible inks on high-quality icing sheets.
