We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your payment details are processed securely through trusted providers, and we never have access to your full card information.
To deliver your order, we may share your name and address with trusted postal services such as An Post, only where necessary to complete delivery.
We take appropriate steps to keep your data safe and secure at all times. You have the right to request access to, update, or delete your personal information in line with GDPR regulations.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personalised and edible nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve it quickly
PRODUCT & PERSONALISATION DISCLAIMER
All items from The Cake Print Studio are made to order and often personalised, so customers must ensure all names, dates, and details are entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Due to the edible nature of our products, slight colour variations may occur, and toppers must be handled carefully and stored as instructed. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during application or improper storage after delivery.
Once an order has been printed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
