What are edible cake toppers? Edible cake toppers are printed icing sheets placed directly onto your cake to create a professional finish in seconds. They are fully edible and safe to consume. Do you offer cupcake toppers? Yes! We offer edible cupcake toppers, usually supplied in sets. They are perfect for decorating cupcakes quickly and easily. What are edible drink toppers? Edible drink toppers are small icing discs designed to sit on top of drinks such as cocktails, hot chocolate, or milkshakes. What are cake wraps? Cake wraps are edible icing sheets designed to wrap around the sides of your cake, creating a smooth, professional look without advanced decorating skills. What sizes are available? We offer: 6” and 7.5” round toppers A4 Size Square toppers Cupcake toppers (approx. 2”) If you need a custom size, feel free to contact us.

How do I apply my topper? Remove the backing sheet Place onto your cake Smooth gently from the centre outward 👉 Best applied to slightly moist buttercream or fondant. If using fresh cream please apply a layer of roll out fondant first under the topper Can I use toppers on any cake? Yes — they work best on: Buttercream Fondant Fresh cream with roll out fondant underneath Can I refrigerate my cake with the topper? Yes, but: Avoid excess moisture Store cake in a box 👉 Too much moisture can cause the topper to soften. 📦 STORAGE & SHELF LIFE How should I store my topper before use? Keep flat in a cool, dry place Store in sealed packaging Avoid heat and sunlight Do not refrigerate before use How long do they last? Edible icing sheets can last up to 12 months when stored correctly. For best results, use as soon as possible.

When will my order be dispatched? Before 2pm (Mon–Fri): dispatched same day After 2pm: dispatched next working day How long does delivery take? Ireland: 1–3 working days Europe: 5–7 working days Is delivery guaranteed? No — all delivery times are estimates and are outside our control once shipped.

What if my item arrives damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. Do you accept returns? Due to the nature of edible and personalised products, we do not accept returns. Can I cancel my order? Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
